Today my buyers closed on 1261 University Drive, list price $1,100,000. My buyers and I had been hunting for their next home since July. We finally found the perfect home for them! This Morningside home is 5 bedrooms and 5 baths with a lovely finished basement.
I know this will be the perfect home to raise their beautiful daughter! Many happy memories to come!
