Ansley Park 2 bedroom condo in Habersham Hall

Erin Yabroudy and I have a new listing in a historical Ansley Park building, Habersham Hall. It is a 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo on the ground level. It has a beautiful open floor plan and opens up to a beautiful courtyard. Take a look!

Habersham Hall used to be the Daughters of the Revolution building and was built in 1919.

The condo we listed used to be where they would get dressed for the balls. It is a very spacious unit, with an open floor plan.

Below is the master bedroom.

Master bath with a double vanity, garden tub and separate shower.

Here is the very large second bedroom with exposed brick. You have enough room to make this an office or dining room and bedroom.

Below is the kitchen that opens to the family room.

A large deck is off of the family/living room.

The unit faces this beautiful courtyard.

What do you think? Isn't it charming! You can see more here: http://www.beacham.com/5058755/270-15th-street
