Our broker at Beacham and Company just released the Beacham Insider. I was so surprised the recent change in the market, the numbers are unbelievable! Here are 5 positive signs I learned from the Beacham Insider that we are in a changing market (for the better!).
1.) Atlanta prices have risen the past 4 months.
2.) Condos sales have outperformed single family home sales in 2012
3.) Average sales-to-list price ratio is 95%
4.) Total days on Market is 73 days
5.) Sellers are receiving multiple offers on properties because of the high buyer demand
