Yesterday I had some interesting showings... So I decided to document and share with you as an example what not to do when selling your home!
First...Leopard Ceilings.
Leopard ceilings are very distracting and take away from the positive aspects of the home.
Second...Tortoise shell accents on your ceiling.
3rd.. Brightly colored walls. Also very distracting and take away from the positive aspects of the home.
Walls like this really scares buyers away because the first thing that comes to mind is $$$$ money to repaint!!! And it makes them feel like this little gerbil I saw in one of these houses!
