SOLD 2122 Fairhaven Circle!

Today I closed on 2122 Fairhaven Circle in Peachtree Hills! This bungalow is going to be completely renovated and turned into a modern craftsman! My client's mother is a builder with Boxwood Partners, so I know that it will be an amazing renovation, because everything she touches turns to Gold. We have her home listed on 395 Beverly, which is a testiment to her talent.

I will keep you all updated on this homes transformation!

Living in Chastain

As you know I live in the Chastain Park area, I love living here. I can walk to the park, go to festivals there, concerts in the amphitheatre, golf, tennis, pool or even watch baseball, football, soccer games. It is one of those parks that really brings a neighborhood together! This weekend I am doing something a little different though, I am volunteering with the Junior League of Atlanta, to walk horses for children with special needs at the horse park!  As you know from my last blog on JLA, I joined the Junior League this past Spring, and have enjoyed it thoroughly so far!  With the junior league you get to pick where you would like to volunteer, and there was no question that this was my best fit! I can't wait, I am so lucky to live near such a great park!

I will be holding an open house down the street from the park after I volunteer at the horse park Sunday. I will be at 26 Spruell Springs. This home is newly built and on a quiet street near Chastain. I will have it open 3-5 this Sunday.

It has a wonderful open floor plan!
 What a fabulous master bath!

Come see me! I will be hanging on this porch right here! To read more go to Erinyabroudy.com's blog on this gorgeous house!

Sweet Summetime

I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th of July! It has been a very busy July so far in real estate, in the meantime I was able to get away with Stephen to Saint Simons Island last week to celebrate the 4th and visit family! We had a great time!

July has been good to me so far! I put something under contract and picked up some adorable buyers! Fingers crossed!

Things I have learned on Pinterest...

Use painted plant hangers to hold drapes back.

Use old drawers to hold things and hide under your bed.

Spray paint a soap dispenser.

Use old wine bottles as lights.

Use glue and food coloring to color clear glass candle sticks.

Spray paint a trash can and turn it upside down for a perfect side table!

Use chalk paint for a duller finish
