Junior League Tour of Kitchens!

This past weekend my family came in town! We had so much fun...I don't realize how much I miss them until I get to see them! My mom was a Junior Leaguer of Monroe and came to attend the Junior League of Atlanta Tour of Kitchens with me! They had a wonderful Toast of the Tour party Friday night with the one and only Yacht Rock (Stephen and I's fave). My mom fell in love with the band immediately (a groupie at heart).

There was also a silent auction and I won two of these pillows from Westside Gallery (thanks mom)! They match my decor perfectly!

 

Saturday Mom and I toured the best of the best kitchens of Ansley Park, Sherwood Forest and Morningside! We had a blast, but were definitely exhausted by the end of the day!

 

Aren't the wood countertops beautiful... I have heard through the grapevine, wood is the next granite!

SOLD! 2442 Gatebury Circle!

I had the pleasure of helping an adorable couple find their first home! We found a new construction townhouse off of Johnson Ferry and Peachtree in Brookhaven! The townhouse is in Turnbury Gates, a community with wonderful amenities!

SOLD! 6460 Bridgewood Valley in Sandy Springs!

 Today Erin and I closed on 6460 Bridgewood Valley in Sandy Springs for $340,000. This was a complete renovation and feels like brand new, even though its a 1950s ranch!

 

The kitchen is fabulous! Gorgeous cabinets, granite and appliances.

 

Beautiful beams in the family room and gorgeous new dark hardwood floors. I am so excited for my client, Beth she has been so patient through the process! So fun to work with motivated and ready buyers!

ABR Leadership Program- Trip to the Capitol

Lauren Head and I are representing Beacham and Company in the Atlanta Board of REALTORS leadership program this year! We are learning about how the ABR represents REALTORS in Atlanta and lobbys for our rights as REALTORS! Today we took a trip to the capitol to see where the action takes place under the "Gold Dome".

We had the pleasure of hearing Minority leader, Stacey Abrams speak to us!

 

We also went to the City hall and listened to council member H. Lamar Willis speak to us!  Look how beautiful the entry into city hall is! Such beautiful historic buildings we have hear in atlanta!

 

It has been so much fun learning the possibilities REALTORS have and the people who support us and help us to do what we do! 

Saint Simons Island Trip 2012

This past week Stephen and I went to Saint Simons Island for a vacay and family time! I can't tell you how nice it is to spend some quality time with Stephen and his family and relax! We were so lucky with the weather, it was 70-75 degrees everyday and SUNNY! Here are some pics!

Tuesday we went to Fort Frederica an old Fort that was built in 1736 to fight Spainish Florida. It only lasted 13 years but the ruins still remain.

 

The trees are beautiful, one of my favorite things in Saint Simons.

We had a relaxing day by the pool at the Sea Island Beach Club. 

 

Thursday we went boating and had a yummy lunch at Mudcat Charlies, a fine establishment :)

 

I had such a wonderful time! I am so lucky to have such a fun boyfriend and his family is fabulous! Now back to real estate!

#1 Large Team in the Company!

Erin Yabroudy and Associates was ranked #1 this year! We sold over $21 Million in houses this past year!  I am so proud of our hard work and the opportunity to work with such great people! This morning was the awards ceremony at Cherokee Town Club where we received our awards and superlatives.... I got "Most likely to Fly in a King Cake" :)
